A ’’concerto’’ for two soloists on the opposite ends of pitch and timbre spectrum. The piccolo
flute and the double bass act as counterparts of each other, pull, push and coexist. The rest of the
ensemble creates a sound environment around the soloists, almost merging together and growing
into them.
